A wonderful 98+% bright original salt blue with minimal case wear as would be expected from a pistol that has only seen light field use. Comparable condition, very noticeable grip, only a few very minor handling marks. Excellent original Finnish high polished leaves. Mirror clear drilling. Perfect manual mechanics. Sharp case/strap, maker marked and dated very nicely. A very good condition highly polished military P49 with an uncirculated upgraded hammer group, two highly polished magazines and a correctly dated military holster and strap. Excellent 2nd Kta Contract Swiss Army Sig P49 P210

The SIGP49 included in the package corresponds to the serial number of this officer's service book published in 1971. Part of the second series, fourth delivery to the Swiss Army, it is in very good condition with 90% original finish. 4/5 bore (slightly worn rifle). The serial numbers of the frame, slide and barrel match.

There is light edge wear on the right side of the body and light finish wear on the front edge, there is light wear on high areas. Several light scratches in finish in high areas. Light age wear with dust cover and trigger guard. There is light edge wear on the left front edge of the frame and light edge wear on the top edge. Various light scratches in the finish in the high area. Light wear on the edges of the dust cover and trigger guard. Light wear on the left side of the slide stop lever and light scratches on the frame from the safety selector. The expected trace in finishing from the use of the safety selector. Slight edge wear on the upper edge of the slide on both sides, light edge wear around the muzzle and light housing wear on the sights.

Comes with military leather case with shoulder strap. The case was made in 1969 by "F. Burri" from Reichenbach (Canton of Bern). The magazine bag also has a cardboard military tag.

The clerk's trunk is clean and in very good condition. The trunk has a removable top with two compression straps.

The leather packaging of the medical bag is stamped with the serial number 78910, which corresponds to the serial number in the service book. A variety of medical supplies are included (see this list for an example of what is included). Inside the top flap is a double-sided red and blue pencil, scissors and tweezers. The model 1943 officer's dagger is marked with the serial number 196714, which corresponds to the serial number recorded in the officer's service book. The dagger was serialized on September 1, 1966. The safety clips are marked with a white "S" and a red "F". The "P" release is marked on the left side of the trigger guard and the import marking is carefully affixed to the bottom of the frame covered by the magazine floor plate. Disassembly seems to fit the hammer group with a normal half tap. Checkered black plastic handles with integrated cover plate, secured with cross screw. Solid lanyard ring. Comes with a complete matte paper. Original military holster with combat ready studs, Luger era shoulder strap dated "15" on obverse and marked "70" and maker's date.

Excellent original finish with a light sharp edge as shown. Comparable handles and matte blade right. Mirror hole with a strong touch and perfect manual mechanics. Unrepaired case with supple leather and original stitching. Very nice and completely original, very late produced Swiss Military P49 with holster and strap from an earlier era.
